What you get
An aerial video of a land property with boundary lines, boundary photos and a property page, delivered by email as links and a download.
Not a survey
Boundary lines come from public parcel records or a plat you provide and can be off, sometimes by more than a few feet. They are for marketing only and not for legal, title, or construction decisions. Each video and photo says so.
Imagery
Aerial images from USDA NAIP or Esri World Imagery, terrain from USGS 3DEP; the source and date are shown on screen.
Your materials
You confirm you have the right to market the property and to use any photos you send or ask us to use.
License
You may use what we deliver to market that property anywhere, as often as you like.
Free preview
Each order starts with a free watermarked preview. If it is not right, we redo it once. If it is still not right, you do not pay.
Payment and refunds
If a delivered order has an error on our side, we fix it or refund it within 14 days. Packs of 10 or 25 can be used for 12 months from purchase; unused pack credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
Delivery
Previews and orders are usually ready within 24 hours of a complete request; new splits need a plat or survey.
